PURPOSE:To improve the aligning cap ability and loading capacity of a bearing and shorten its axial dimension for its easy manufacture by making the radius of curvature of the race way groove of either of a rotary and a fixed ring larger than that of a rolling body, and forming the fixed ring and a hub in a body. CONSTITUTION:A rotary ring 5, whose one side serves as a surface contacting with a diaphragm spring, and another side as a raceway surface, and a fixed ring 6, whose one side serves as a surface contacting with a fork, and another side serves as the raceway surface, and is formed in a body with a hub 1, are arranged perpendicularly to the axial center line of the hub 1, and in parallel with each other. The radius of curvature R of the raceway groove of at least either of the rotary ring 5 and the fixed ring 6 is made to have the relation of r<R<=infinity to the radius of curvature r of balls 14 uniformly distributed by a retainer 13, and thereby the fixed ring 6 energizes the rotary ring 5 through a cover 15 fixed to the fixed ring 6. Thus a bearing can be made shorter in its axial dimension, light and compact in its structure, resulting in its easy manufacture.
