PURPOSE:To execute the replacing work for a polishing stone in a short time by forming a stone discharge port between the tank bottom in a barrel tank terminal part and the rear edge of a selecting net and installing a flap for opening and closing said stone discharge port and installing a stone discharging trough in the lower part of the flap. CONSTITUTION:When a work is polished, a stone discharge port 10 is closed, keeping a flap 11 at a position 11a. Then, a work which is not yet polished and fed from a feeding port 22 is lowered together with a polishing stone in an inside long pipe body 3b and raised in an outside long pipe body 3a, and passes on the flap 11 and introduced onto a selecting net. The polished work is selected and discharged from the discharge port, and the selected polishing stone is returned again into the inside long pipe body 3, and the same operations are repeated. When the grindstone is replaced after the polishing work, the flap 11 is turned and fixed at the position 11b, and the stone discharge port 10 is opened. Therefore, the polishing stone which rises in the outside long pipe body 3a and reaches the upper edge part of the pipe body 3a drops onto a stone discharging trough 13 and discharged outside a barrel tank. |
