PURPOSE:To obtain the titled food, containing an oligosaccharide having D- glucosamine or N-acetyl-D-glucosamine as a constituent saccharide and effective in using as a preventive or treating food for tumor. CONSTITUTION:The aimed food containing an oligosaccharide in which part or all of the constituent saccharide is D-glucosamine or N-acetyl-D-glucosamine as an active ingredient. Chitosan oligosaccharide is preferred as the above- mentioned oligosaccharide. The polymerization degree thereof is more preferably 2-8.
