PURPOSE:To execute the synchronous cutting of a movable member by commanding a synchronous waiting code, at the time of generating an automatic cycle program. CONSTITUTION:A part program for A-B saddles is read out by one block by a one block reading-out part 1, and by an instruction in this program, and automatic cycle program and a synchronous waiting code for an automatic cycle are generated. The synchronous waiting code for an automatic cycle is added to the automatic cycle program, and by this automatic cycle program and the part program, a machine tool is operated. A synchronous waiting code in the part program for the A saddle and the B saddle, and the synchronous waiting code for an automatic cycle in the automatic cycle program are compared, respectively, synchronization matching is executed, and a tool is operated.
