PURPOSE:To prevent a delay at the time of readout by providing a RAM, an address register, a first-in first-out type memory, a comparing circuit and a memory control means. CONSTITUTION:By a readout signal 13, a control circuit 12 compares 10 address information 1 and the contents of a register 3, and in case of discrepancy, the information is latched to the register 3. Thereafter, by giving a command 15, information is read out 201 from a RAM 4, and by opening a gate 9, the information is outputted 2. When a signal 13 does not exist, a latched address of the register is brought to stepping 182, and given to the RAM by opening a gate 7. By the command 15 and a write command 24, input information 1 is written in a specific type memory 5. At the time of coincidence of the comparison 10, readout is commanded 25 to the memory 5, and the information is outputted 2 by opening a gate 23. In this case, the RAM is refreshed 17. According to this constitution, competition of refresh of the RAM and memory access is avoided, therefore, it can be prevented that a delay is generated at the time of reading out the contents of the RAM.
