HUT045385 Food flavouring agent based on paprike is prepd. after suitable prepn. from different varieties of paprike including pips. The peppers are pulped. The pulp's solids are adjusted and necessary additives are added. The standard, homogeneous pulp is dried in drums and the product is offered to the public as flakes.
