PURPOSE:To prevent lubricating oil from exhaustion and slide portions from seizure by providing a means for introducing lubricating oil lubricating bearing portions or the like of an enclosed compressor from a drain port to the upper portion of a stator. CONSTITUTION:When a compressor is driven, lubricating oil 48 on the bottom of an enclosed container is sucked from an intake pipe 50 into an eccentric hole 51 provided in a shaft 46 and supplied to an upper compression mechanism 42 by a centrifugal force. This lubricating oil 48, after lubricating and cooling the slide portion of thrust bearing 58, main bearing 59, etc., is drained from an oil drain port 60. Since the oil drain port 60 is provided with an introducing pipe 67, the lubricating oil 48 securely flows to the upper portion of a stator 44, drops down from the outer peripheral notch 66 of stator 44 and returns to an oil reservoir 49. Thus, since the lublicating oil is neither diffused, atomized nor exhausted by mixing with intake gas in a space between the stator 44 and bearing parts 54, the slide portions can be prevented from seizure due to the reduction of lubricating oil.
