RECOMBINED DNA INTEGRATING STAPHYLOKINASE-PRODUCING GENE, STAPHYLOCOCCUS AUREUS CONTAINING THE SAME AND PRODUCTION OF STAPHYLOKINASE

摘要

PURPOSE:Staphylokinase is produced by culturing Staphylococcus aureus containing the recombined DNA intefrating staphylokinase-producing gene. CONSTITUTION:The lysogenic phage DNA of Staphylococcus aureus is cleaved with a restriction enzyme to obtain a DNA fragment carrying staphylokinase- producing genetic information. Then, the fragment is used to form the objctive recombined DNA in the copy plasmid replicable in Staphylococcus aureus. The microorganism including the recombined DNA is cultivated and staphylokinase is collected from the culture mixture.
