发明名称 THERMAL TRANSFER INK FILM
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a thermal transfer film of a high recording sensibility by which enough coloring density can be realized by a small quantity of heat, by a method wherein inorganic substance powder of a higher thermal conductivity than that of binder resin is mixed in ink and the particle size of the inorganic substance is made as same as the layer thickness of the ink. CONSTITUTION:In a thermal transfer recording ink film which has an ink layer dontaining dye to be sublimated or gasified by heat on a base material, solids of which the thermal conductivity is larger than that of resin contained in the ink and which have the same particle size as the layer thickness of the ink are contained in the ink layer. Substance having a higher thermal conductivity than that of the ink such as a metal, a compound containing metal, carbon, silicagel, ceramic, etc., are used as inorganic substance mixed in the ink. When heat energy applied to the thermal transfer film is same, the coloring density of image receiving paper increases. In contrast with this, when the coloring density of the image receiving paper is same, the heat energy to be applied can be decreased.
