摘要 PURPOSE:To perform a stabilized production of a molded product suitable for specifications in a short period of time after commencement of work of injection molding work, by a method wherein a means for detecting a temperature of an exposed surface is provided on the exposed surface of a mold along with a heating unit, and a means for setting a heat radiation pattern of a quantity of heat radiation from the mold and a means for controlling a calorific value of the heating unit according to output from a temperature detecting device are provided. CONSTITUTION:A heat radiation pattern setting instrument 17 puts out a target value of a calorific value from a mold when injection molding works in begun. An operation control part 16 operates as to an extent of a quantity of heat radiation through the existing mold based on temperature detecting signals through temperature detecting instruments 14, 15. The operation control part 16 also compares a target value of the quantity of heat radiation through the heat radiation pattern setting instrument 17 with an existing quantity of heat radiation due to an operational result. When the existing quantity of heat radiation is much, a calorific value through electric heaters 12, 13 is reduced, and the same is increased when the heat radiation is a little. The quantity of heat radiation through the mold is controlled so that the same coincides with the target value in such a manner, resulting that a temperature of a stationary mold 2 and movable mold 4 is raised swiftly up to a constant temperature, that is, the temperature under a normal state and a temperature distribution of the mold becomes normal.
