<p>PURPOSE:To easily recognize the exchange period of an adsorbent by providing both an integrating device for integrating actuations of a regenerator and an alarm, generating a signal when the integration reaches prescribed value in a compressed air source equipment equipped with an air drier. CONSTITUTION:During a loading cycle, compressed dry air is fed to an air storage tank 6 via an air drier 3, a purge storage tank 4 and a check valve 8 and the output of a pressure switch is a level (0). When an unloading command is generated, feed of compressed air to a compressed air drier 3 is stopped and an injection-valve for a regenerator 5 is opened and thereby compressed dry air incorporated in the purge storage tank 4 flows bank into the air drier 3 and flows out to the atmosphere after regenerating an adsorbent. Therefore, the pressure of the inside of a duct part 7a is lowered to preset value or below and the pressure switch 10 is actuated and discrete value of a counter 11 is increased by (1). In such a way, every time a purge cycle is started by the unloading command, the discrete value of the counter 11 is increased and reaches the preset value. At this time, a signal is fed to an alarm 12 from the counter 11 and the alarm 12 is lighted and informs that the capacity of the adsorbent is lowered to the limited level.</p> |
