PURPOSE:To prevent the tension from being decreased even when the pitch of a filament is decreased by displacing the filament downward with an arm between a tab and a support section to apply the tension to the filament. CONSTITUTION:A fixing section 2 is fixed to an insulating substrate 8. Next, the end section of a filament 6 is welded to the tab 3 of the fixing section 2 via a V-groove 4. Then, an arm 5 is welded to the fixing section 2 so that the filament 6 is brought into contact with the V-groove 4 at the tip of the arm 5. In this case, the arm 5 is pushed up by the filament 6 from the position shown by a broken line in the figure and deformed. Therefore, tension is applied to the filament 6 by the restoring force of the deformed arm 5. Since the pitch of the filament 6 has no relationship with the tension applied to the filament 6, even if the pitch of the filament 6 is decreased, its tension is not decreased.
