PURPOSE:To increase the heat exchange efficiency of a combustion gas at the high temperature part by forming the insertion port of a burner into a conical shape protruding to the outside of an inner cylinder, and forming the diameter of a burner port smaller than that of the burner. CONSTITUTION:The insertion port 8 of a burner 4 is protruded to the outside of an inner cylinder 2 so as to be formed into a conical shape. A refractory material 9 is fitted to the inner surface of the burner insertion port 8 and the tip end of the burner 4 is inserted thereinto. The diameter D1 of a burner port 10 is formed smaller than the diameter D2 of the burner 4. By this structure, since the speed of the combustion gas at this part is increased and the combustion gas comes into collision with the heat transfer surface 3a of a combustion chamber 3, the thermal efficiency is increased. Further, since the combustion gas is a high-temperature gas close to a theoretical combustion temperature, the quantity of heat transfer on the combustion temperature transfer surface 3a is increased. Accordingly, it is possible to increase the heat exchange efficiency at the high-temperature part of the combustion gas.
