PURPOSE:To enable the precise control of a rotational torque by making a constitution in which a cone regulates the maximum opening of a circle core pendulum by means of its inner wall and a movement mechanism moves the cone along a motor rotational shaft and its own rotational shaft is driven by a motor. CONSTITUTION:The rotation of a motor 3 is transmitted to a rotational shaft 9, and also when a motor rotational shaft 3c rotates, centrifugal force determined by its rotational number is generated at a circle core pendulum 5, and the circle core pendulum 5 is opened to an angle well balanced with the force of a spring 5c. When the load of the rotational shaft 9 varies and its rotation number changes, a motor control circuit 4 conducts the control of a field electric current so that the rotational number of the motor 3 may be kept fixed. Also, the circle core pendulum 5 works as a governor which keeps the rotational number of the motor rotational shaft 3c fixed. Also, when the circle core pendulum 5 opens and its tip comes into contact with the inner wall of a cone 6, its opening stops, and the cone 6 and the circle core pendulum 5 are together started to rotate by a cone movement mechanism 7, so the maximum opening of the circle core pendulum 5 can be voluntarily regulated by the regulation of the movement mechanism 7. |
