PURPOSE:To make a magnetic circuit thinner without deteriorating the performance of the magnetic circuit by making a part which is confronted with a ball-piece in a yoke thicker than the other parts. CONSTITUTION:A magnet 6 is jointed with the upper surface of the bottom part of the yoke 5 and furthermore, the ball-piece 7 is jointed with the upper surface of the magnet. A small pore is previously processed in the yoke 5, and then the small pore part is bent, whereby the height of a part which is confronted with the yoke 7 is obtained. At such a time, a yoke thickness t0' and the height of a confronted part between the yoke and the ball-piece t1 show t1>t0'. Thus, the magnetic circuit can be made thinner without deteriorating the performance of the magnetic circuit.
