摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a measuring apparatus for a solvent composition suitable for online application with quick measurement of composition, by measuring a dielectric constant of a liquid to be measured following the separation thereof from a cleaning liquid after cleaned up by the cleaning liquid. CONSTITUTION:An organic phase sample 1 as the liquid to be measured is parceled from a main process piping 2 with a piping 3 for instrumentation and a pump 4 and discharged into an extractor 5 at a solvent supply port 5a. On the other hand, a water- phase cleaning liquid 7 in a storage tank 6 is sent out with a pump 8 and discharged at a cleaning liquid supply port 5b. Then, nitric acid and a salt in the organic phase are dispersed mutually with a stirring element 5d driven with a motor 5c to be transferred to the cleaning liquid 7. Subsequently, the organic phase is separated from the water phase at the upper portion of the device 5 and flows out through an organic phase takeoff port 5e, passing through a dielectric constant measuring cell 10 via a piping 9. The cell 10 is connected to an impedance measuring device 11 to obtain a measured value. On the other hand, the organic phase measured is returned to the piping 2 through a piping 13 and the cleaning liquid 7 is drained to a waste liquor storage tank 14 via a cleaning liquid takeoff port 5f.</p>
