PURPOSE:To sufficiently activate circuits even under low voltage and to control the fluctuation of a DC level so as to facilitate the design of the circuits by connecting a buffer circuit whose DC level is constant and whose gain becomes almost to '1'. CONSTITUTION:A titled circuit is formed by a source follower circuit 10 to which a signal outputted from the floating gate of a CCD is inputted, and a Barton circuit 20 (Barton type slobilization circuit) for setting the output of the DC level to constant. The circuit 20 consists of an operand amplifier 20A and a source follower circuit 20B, and the output of the circuit 20B is set to negatively feed back to the amplifier 20A. The circuit 20 functions as a voltage follower and has a high voltage impedance and a low output impedance. Consequently, the fluctuation of the DC level in an output circuit is controlled, and a dynamic range can be enlarged. Thus, the output circuit sufficiently works even under low voltage, and the design of the circuits can be facilitated.
