PURPOSE:To permit to effect capacity control operation in a lower temperature zone by a method wherein the capacity control is not effected by the unloader of a high-stage side cylinder but is effected by the same of a low-stage side cylinder only. CONSTITUTION:Upon 100% operation, all cylinders of the low-stage side cylinders 1-6 and the high-stage side cylinders 7, 8 are in on-load condition. Upon 50% unload operation, the low-stage side cylinders 3-6 are unloaded and only two cylinders of the low-stage side cylinders 1-2 are in on-load condition, therefore, the ratio of cylinder numbers or the low-stage side to the high-stage side becomes 2:2 and the compressor enters into 50% capacity control. Accordingly, the delivery gas temperature of the high-stage side cylinders may be restricted and the capacity control operation in the lower temperature zone may be effected. |
