PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation and the supply failure of a wire at the time of supplying the wire to a carrying unit, by receiving the wire cut off by the descent of a cutting mechanism by a moving and placing part and allowing it to further descend, supplying it to a holding groove of the carrying unit, and thereafter, rocking the moving and placing part. CONSTITUTION:In a state that a wire 1 is supplied, a block 8 is allowed to descend by an air cylinder 7, and the wire 1 is cut off between a movable blade 4 and a fixed blade 5. In a state that the cut-off wire 1 is held in the holding groove of a moving and placing lever 12 as it is, a rod 15 is allowed to descend by operating an air cylinder 18, by which the moving and placing lever 12 is guided and rocked by a roller 10, and the wire 1 is supplied to the holding groove 20a of a carrying unit 20. Thereafter, the block 8 is allowed to ascend by operating the air cylinder 7 in a reverse direction, and by exhausting compressed air of the air cylinder 18, the block 8 and the rod 15 ascend, and the rocking state of the moving and placing lever 12 is released.
