PURPOSE:To obtain an electric charge transfer layer having the high sensitivity and the high durability by incorporating a specific hydrazone compd. to the charge transfer layer. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive layer formed on a conductive supporting body contains the hydrazone compd. shown by formula I as a charge carrier transferring agent. In formula I, R is 1-4C alkyl group. The specific hydrazone compd. used is obtd. by allowing 3(4'-alkoxy phenyl) benzaldehyde to react with diphenyl hydrazine hydrochloric acid salt according to a well-known method. Thus, the titled body having the high sensitivity and the less electric fatigue at the time of repeating use and the excellent light fastness is obtd. |
