Organic fertiliser, process for its preparation, and method for improving the soil

The invention relates to an organic fertiliser which contains natural manure, if appropriate in combination with artificial (synthetic) fertiliser, as well as the waste material which remains after the fibre has been removed from coir, in a ratio of dry material in the manure and that in the coir waste material of 2:1 to 10:1, the water content being not more than 15%. During the preparation of this fertiliser by means of the conventional mixing and drying processes, the manure can optionally first be subjected to a fermentation. The invention also relates to the use of this fertiliser for improving the soil.
