PURPOSE:To obtain a flame-retardant inner decorative material having excellent flame-retardance, and being fixed in a rolled-in state, by impregnating a non- woven fabric constituting a glass fiber and a synthetic fiber with an inorganic flame-retardant agent, laminating the non waven fabric on both sides of a polystyrene foam and press-molding a skin material monolithically with them. CONSTITUTION:A non-woven fabric prepared by mixing a glass fiber and a polyester fiber in a wt. ratio of 5:5 is impregnated with a polystyrene emulsion in which 150 pts. wt. aluminium hydroxide per 100 pts. wt. (in dry state) polystyrene resin are added to obtain a non-woven fabric 2. The polystyrene- impregnated non-woven fabrics 2 are heated while being laminated on a foamed polystyrene sheet 1 as a center in such a manner that the foamed polystyrene sheet 1 is sandwiched with the polystyrene-impregnated non-woven fabrics 2, and heat-welded to obtain a base material 3. A skin material 6 prepared by laminating a polyvinyl chloride film 5 and a polyurethane foam 4 is piled on the pre-heated base material 3 in such a way that the polyurethane foam 4 becomes an under layer and pressed integrally, The laminated sheet thus obtained is molded to obtain a molded roofing material 7.
