PURPOSE:To secure the parts transfer and lower the height by making an axis level and parallel and supporting one end with a supporting member and constituting it of sectionally multi-angle vibrator which is formed with piezoelectric element at each side in the above feeder for directly transferring electronic parts. CONSTITUTION:Equiphase voltage is applied to piezoelectric elements 20a, 20c opposed to a vibrator 16a and voltage having phase difference of pi/2 to the voltage to the piezoelectric elements 20, 20c is applied too piezoelectric elements 20b, 20b'. Hereby the vibration part 18a moves elliptically. Then, the amplitudes in the horizontal and vertical directions are individually changed by adjusting the maximum value of both applied voltages. And for the vibrator, the applied voltage to 16b is reversed to that to the vibrator 16a. Similarly, the vibration parts 18a, 18b can obtain the rotation in the same direction by applying the voltage to vibrators 16c, 16d too in the same way and parts on a receptacle 24 shifts along a groove 24a. By this constitution, the height is lowered and the parts can be surely transferred.
