PURPOSE:To facilitate the machining and assembly of a shaft and a fan respectively by forming a D-cut part and a groove in a circumferential direction on the end part of said shaft, forming a fit-in part with respect to said D-cut part on said fan, and providing a lever which is fitted in said groove on said fit-in part. CONSTITUTION:In a fan device, a fan 4 is fixed to the end part of a shaft 1. In this case, a D-cut part 2 is formed on the end of the shaft 1 and a groove 3 is formed on the outer periphery in the circumferential direction of the shaft 1 at the D-cut part 2. And, the fan 4 is formed so as to be fitted in the D-cut part 2 and restricted in a rotating direction, while a lever 5 which is fitted to the groove 3 is formed on the fan 4. That is, a projecting part 5a which is fitted in the groove 3 is formed on the lever 5 while a space part 5b and an inclined part 5c are formed on the outside diameter part and inside diameter part of the lever 5 respectively. Thereby the machining of the shaft 1 and the fan 4 can be facilitated while simplifying and ensuring their assembly. |
