PURPOSE:To take an accurate measurement in a short time by makingt the photodetection surfaces of a spectroscope and a photodetector circular, and projecting reflected or transmitted light from a body to be measured on a continuous measured wavelength area at the same time. CONSTITUTION:The spectroscope 3 demultiplexes a visible light range (400-700nm) spectrally into plural division wavelength bands at nearly equal wavelength intervals, and plural interference filter 8 which transmit the center wavelengths of the respective division wavelength band selectively are arranged radially at the one-side center part of a colorless, rectangular transparent glass plate 7 with interposed light shielding parts of paint, etc., so that they form a circle having nearly the same external diameter as the internal diameter of the recessed part of a stray light cutting mask 2. The photodetector 4 converts the reflected light or transmitted light sent from the body to be measured through respective interference filters 8 of the spectroscope 3 into currents corresponding to the respective quantities of light, a rectangular silicon sub strate 17 is provided on a rectangular printed board 16 made of glass epoxy, etc., and plural trapezoid or sectorial photodiodes photodiodes 18 corresponding to the filters 8 are formed. A treatment for cutting multiple-degree interference light is performed, so the light intensity of the center wavelength of each division wavelength band is accurately measured. |
