PURPOSE:To make sure of the flow and cutoff of a coolant, by installing an oil receiving cylinder, for being connected to a lubricating block of a machine tool, in a case, and furthermore, interconnecting it to an oil pass whose one end is installed in a spindle, and installing another oil pass whose other end is interconnected to an inner part of the oil receiving cylinder. CONSTITUTION:When an oil receiving cylinder 30 of a holding unit B is approximating toward a lubricating block 6 of a machine tool A, an outer cylinder 31 in this oil receiving cylinder 30 first comes contact with the lubricating clock 6, and this outer cylinder 31 is started to be pushed toward the inside of a case 12 of the holding unit B. Afterward, an inner cylinder 33 comes into contact with the lubricating block 6, and then the outer cylinder 31 and the inner cylinder 33 are pushed toward the case 12 together. The outer cylinder 31 is pushed as mentioned above, whereby a fitting piece 46 comes off a fitting part 20. And, the inner cylinder 33 is pushed as mentioned above, whereby a valve mechanism 41 is opened. Thus, a main spindle 13 is rotated by rotation of a spindle 3 and thereby a tool is rotated, while coolant to be fed out of the lubricating block 6 is giveable to the tool through the oil receiving cylinder 30, so that machining can be done in an existing state of the coolant. |
