PURPOSE:To straighten a warp of a printed circuit board by constituting it with a suction pad attracting the upward-warped printed circuit board and putting it down, a substrate support pin, two plates supporting the said suction pad and the support pin, cam linkage and a cylinder driving this linkage. CONSTITUTION:As for the printed circuit board 17 warped upward, a lifted suction pad 8 is attracted to this board 17, the pad 8 goes down in a state of being attracted, and it comes into contact with a support pin 9, thus the board is remedied to the specified height. And, as for the board 17 warped downward, it is straightened by what the support pin 9 pushes the board 17 upward as in the past.
