PREPARATION METHOD OF N-SUBSTITUTED NURAMIC ACID DERIVATIVES

摘要

N-substituted neuraminic acid derivatives having excellent immunization-activity are prepared. Methyl (methyl 5-amino-3, 5dideoxy-β -D-glycero-D-galacto-2-nonulopiranocid) onate (3.0g), N- CBZ-glycine (2.13g) and DCC (3.1g) are dissolved in anhydrous pyridine (350ml) and stirred for 48hr at room temp.. The suspended solution is filtered and concenturated and dried to produce methyl (methyl 5-(N-benzyloxycarbonylglycylamino)-3,5-dideoxy-β-D-glycero- D-galacto-2-2-nonulopiranocid) onate (3.92g).
