PURPOSE:To easily control the tilt of an objective lens to an actuator base by fixing a hinged rotary spring attached with an objective lens holder to an L-shape plate type pedestal together with a support post of a hinged parallel plate spring. CONSTITUTION:A support post 12 is fixed to an L-shaped pedestal 22 attached to an actuator base 11 by a screw 23 and a horizontal hinged parallel plate spring 14 is connected to the post 12 via a vertical hinged rotary spring 13. Then an objective lens holder 15 is attached to the spring 14. The pedestal 22 is fixed with a tilt where the tip sides of both wing parts 22c and 22d are lowered. The control screws 24 and 25 are turned with reference to the tilt of the optical axis of an objective lens against the base 11. Thus the parts 22c and 22d are gradually moved up to set the optical axis of the objective lens vertically to the base 11.
