PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction due to the record of an erroneous data from being generated, by making a data processed and stored in a memory corresponding to a decided result by using a PLL, an error correction status decision circuit, and a signal processing circuit, etc., into non-information. CONSTITUTION:When a required mode is designated by an input means 5, a clock is extracted from an input signal at the PLL1, and a sub code is extracted at an extraction circuit 2, and error correction status is decided at a decision circuit circuit 3, and a flag possible to find an error impossible to be corrected is set. Meanwhile, the input signal is stored in the memory 9 by the signal processing circuit 8. A stored content is set as the signal of non-information by a control circuit 4 and the circuit 8 reacting according to the flag of the circuit 3. Therefore, no error information impossible to be corrected exists in the information recorded through the memory 9, then, it is possible to prevent the malfunction due to the error information impossible to be corrected.
