PURPOSE:To improve the storage stability within a range from room temp. to low temp. of a radiant rays sensitive compsn. by forming a compsn. by dissolving a water-soluble diazonium salt, a water-soluble high molecular compd. and an aliphatic compd. having OH and/or CO group in water. CONSTITUTION:A water-soluble diazonium salt, a water-soluble high molecular compd., and an aliphatic compd. having OH and/or CO group, are dissolved in water. The water-soluble high molecular compds. include one having at least one group expressed by -COO<->X<+> or -SO3<->X<+> or one having neither one group expressed by -COO<->X<+> nor -SO3<->X<+>. But among these water-soluble high molecular compds, such compds, having at least one -COO<->X<+> group or -SO3<->X<+> group are preferred. By this constitution,. highly precise work of the radiant ray sensitive compsn. is possible by lithography. Particularly, high storage stability in the form of aq. solution is obtd. within a range from room temp. to low temp. |
