PURPOSE:To attempt to realize a light weight and at the same time to arrange so as to be fit for practical use by providing a pre-form reinforcement at one side of a slide-portion mutual to a rotor, side blocks, a vane and a cylinder block and also making the basic material of them aluminum material. CONSTITUTION:At one side of a slide surface is provided a preform reinforcement M, by which mechanical properties, such as tensile strength and the like, are improved, and also, as for physical properties, hard particles are interposed in a matrix, and an anti-baking characteristic and an anti-wear characteristic between a rotor 10 and a side block 3a or 3b, between a vane 12 and the rotor 10, or between the vane 12 and a cylinder block 2 are improved. Because of this, the adoption of aluminum material as the basic material of the rotor 10, side blocks 3a and 3b, the vane 12 and the cylinder block 2 becomes possible. Accordingly, light-weight realization can be attempted and at the same time being fit for practical use is arranged, since the occurrence of wear or baking can be prevented beforehand through providing the preform reinforcement M.
