PURPOSE:To shorten waiting time for collective processing and to improve operability with a CAD system by giving a parallel process to a received command by means of a collective command and therefore forming plural graphic primitives into groups. CONSTITUTION:The commands are inquired and received cyclically against the operations of an input operating part of a keyboard 4, etc., in an I/O routine 12 in a CPU 1. In case a certain command is processed when another command is received, the command processing is switched to a latch processing process. Then the received commands are processed in parallel if only the received command or the command under processing is equal to a collective command.
