PURPOSE:To cut off/release an abnormal call and line by providing a channel operating state table to each decentralized transmission equipment so as to collect the operating state, comparing and discriminating it. CONSTITUTION:A decentralized transmission equipment 11 collects the contents of a channel operating state table 15b of a decentralized transmission equipment 12 and applies the processing to obtain the accumulation with the content of the channel operating state table 15a of its own equipment twice at a constant interval. When the result of the both is dissident, it is discriminated that the call connection/disconnection is generated between the collections for two times and the processing is stopped so as not to cut off a normal call in error. When the accumulations by two times processings are coincident, either of cut off/ release/no processing is applied according to the processing list. Thus, since a fault call during the call connection of one line only or during setting of only line is discriminated, the abnormal call is cut off and released regardless of the timing with the call connection.
