PURPOSE:To effectively prevent a winding from dropping or vibration due to its thermal expansion and deterioration by forming a partly radial expansion at the outer periphery of a cylinder, and superposing and winding an insulating sheet and a metal sheet outside the expansion and the small-diameter part of the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A partly radial expansion 10 is formed at the outer periphery of the cylinder 9 of a winding, and a foil-like winding formed of two layers of an insulating sheet 7 and a metal sheet 8 is wound outside the expansion 10 and the small-diameter part of the cylinder. For example, the expansion 10 is formed in a wedge state at both outer peripheries of the cylinder 9. The winding formed of the two layers of the sheets 7 and 8 are so wound as to cover the small-diameter part of the cylinder 9 from the expansion 10. Further, a thermal shrinkable or curable resin-impregnated sheet 11 is inserted in coincidence with the width of the sheet 7 to be wound on both ends of the sheet 8. Thus, since the tension at the time of winding is increased partly by the expansion at the outer periphery of the cylinder, the winding can be rigidly supported to the cylinder, thereby preventing the winding from dropping or vibration.
