发明名称 HEAT EXCHANGER
摘要 PURPOSE:To increase the thermal conductivity, by alternately reversing the flowing direction of a cooling air which passes through a heat-exchanging core part by alternately opening both inlet ports or outlet ports by the rotation of a rotary disk. CONSTITUTION:Communicating ports 5a, 5b are juxtaposedly provided to ducts 2, 3, opposed to each other, and a heat-exchanging core part 1 is pinched between them in an air-tight manner. Each semicircular outlet port 6a, 6b is neighboring so as to be nearly in the shape of a circle, pinching the heat-exchanging core part 1. The air in the ducts 2, 3 is forcibly sucked by the rotation of a fan 7, and fresh air is induced into the ducts from inlet ports 4a, 4b. A rotary disk 9 having a semicircular hole 10 is provided between the fan 7 and the outlet ports 6a, 6b, rotatably opposed to them, but closely contacted to them. Accordingly the flow of cooling air passing through the heat-exchanging core part 1 is alternately reversed by the rotation of a rotary disk 9, and the boundary layer produced on the surfaces of fins of a heat-exchanging core part 1 is prevented from growing. While a secondary air flow of high velocity is produced on the heating surfaces and, as a result, the heating capacity of a heat exchanger can be largely increased.
