PURPOSE:To simplify and miniaturize a device by providing a heating developing device consisting of a rotary drum having the peripheral surface of a high frictional resistance, and a heating means having the surface of a lower frictional resistance than that of the rotary drum and for energizing a photosensitive material to the peripheral surface of the rotary drum. CONSTITUTION:A heating plate 43 whose one end is fixed and whose both end parts in the axial direction of the other end is energized by a spring 54 is pressed against the peripheral surface of a carrying drum 42. The outside periphery of the carrying drum 42 is formed, for instance, from silicone rubber of heat resistance, its surface is rough and a coefficient of friction is large. Also, the surface of the heating plate 43 is finished comparatively smoothly, and a coefficient of friction is smaller than that of the surface of the carrying drum 42. Accordingly, a photosensitive material S is inserted and held between the carrying drum 42 and the heating plate 43, and the carrying drum 42 can hold and carry the press-contacting photosensitive material S, since its coefficient of friction is large. In such a way, other carrying means is not required and a heating developing device can be miniaturized. |
