PURPOSE:To confirm whether or not a sheet is stamped or not at a glance by providing a part which colors immediately by stamping in environment of higher than specific temperature and a part which has an allowance time before it colors after stamping. CONSTITUTION:A confirmation mark M is formed by applying a dispersed or dissolved solution wherein a resin solution consisting of capsules a wax material 1 which melts at specific temperature and a coloring agent, a discoloring agent 3, and a binder 6 by screen printing, etc., and then drying it. A temperature indication part is formed by coating a layer 5 with the wax material 1 in a capsule 4, the capsuled coloring agent 2, and a discoloring agent 3 across a film 7, and binding them with the binder 6. Then, a mark M is provided on the temperature indication part, which is stamped above specific temperature and then the material 1 and coloring agent 2 dissolved in the capsule are diffused and penetrate the binder 6 immediately to contact the discoloring agent 3, so that the mark colors. The coloring of the mark M is confirmed to preclude misstamping.
