PURPOSE:To improve the crack and the peeling of a photosensitive layer, without a defective image caused by a flaw and a bruise, and to maintain the high quality of the image, even in case of the endurance use of the titled body by incorporating fine spherical powder of a resin in an undercoating layer. CONSTITUTION:The undercoating layer of the titled body contains the fine spherical powder of the resin. The fine powders of the spherical resin is composed the fine powders of a thermoplastic resin or a thermosetting resin. The thermoplastic resin is exemplified by an acrylic resin, a styrene resin, a polycarbonate resin, a polyester resin and a polyamide resin, etc. The mean particle size of the spherical resin fine powder is 0.6-6mum, preferably 1-4mum, and the specific gravity of said resin is 0.7-1.7, preferably, 0.9-1.5. The spherical resin fine powder is necessary not to dissolve to a solvent. In case that the solvent such as the ketone or the ester type solvent is used, the spherical resin fine powder is necessary to use together with a polyamide or a polyolefin type resin powder. Thus, the mechanical strength of the photosensitive body is improved, and the high quality image which has the high sensitivity, the high durability, the high resolution, and has not the defective image quality is obtd. |
