PURPOSE:To stock solar energy with good efficiency and to improve comfortableness, convenience and durability simultaneously with energy saving effects by concentrating equipments relative to drainage, into a ferroconcrete equipment core, disposing said core on the southern side of the residence, and combining a hot house with the core thereby to form a solar system directly using a direct radiation f sunshine and using utterly no motive power. CONSTITUTION:A ferro-concrete equipment core 2 prepared by concentrating equipments relative to drainage is disposed at the southern side of the residence 3. A hot house 4 is connected to the equipment core 2, and the core 2 and the hothouse 4 constitute a passive solar system directly using the direct radiation of sunshine and using utterly no motive power. The concrete core having a large thermal capacity plays the role of a heat storage tank and the hothouse does the role of a collector. A semi-underground room 5 provided at the lower part of the equipment core is required for engineering, maintenance and management of motor supply and drainage pipes, and it is increased in its thermal capacity as a heat storage tank integrally formed with the core and receiver direct radiation from the hothouse and, while storing heat, it forms a bright space even in winter.
