PURPOSE:To obtain a photosensitive resin compsn. having satisfactory photosetting characteristics by mixing a specified photo-cross-linkable and alkali- soluble polymer having unsatd. groups in the side chain with a cross-linking agent, a photopolymn. initiator and thiolic acid, a deriv. thereof or alkylamineborane. CONSTITUTION:A mixture consisting of 0.1-5wt.% polybutadiene compd., 5-70wt.% acrylic ester or methacrylic ester, 20-70wt.% unsatd. carboxylic acid and 5-60wt.% styrene or alkyl substd. deriv. thereof is copolymerized. An ethylenic unsatd. compd. having an oxylan ring is added to the resulting copolymer having 20,000-60,000mol.wt. as a base polymer by 0.03-1.0 equiv. based on the amt. of carboxyl groups in the copolymer. The added copolymer is used as a photo-cross-linkable polymer and mixed with a cross-linking agent, a photopolymn. initiator and thiolic acid, a deriv. thereof of 1-4C alkylamineborane to obtain a photosensitive resin compsn. having improved photosetting characteristics. |
