发明名称 SELF-COOLED GAS-INSULATED TRANSFORMER
摘要 PURPOSE:To lower the average temperature and the highest temperature of a coil by a method wherein a partition plate composed of an insulator is installed between the external face of a transformer unit and the internal face of a transformer tank in such a way that it separates the external face of the transformer unit with a prescribed gap and blockades the side of the internal face of the transformer tank so that the cooling characteristic can be enhanced surely when a cooler is installed at a higher position. CONSTITUTION:A partition plate 9 is installed at the inside of a transformer tank 1; it blockades the side at the internal face of the transformer tank 1; it separates the external face of a transformer unit 4 with a prescribed gap delta (several mm-ten-odd mm). The partition plate 9 may be installed at an arbitrary position between the upper end and the lower end at the external side of the unit 4, and its material is an insulator. By this structure, the flowing resistance between the external side of the unit 4 and the internal side of the tank 1 is increased, and the volume of an insulating gas 5 is reduced. To the contrary, the volume of the insulating gas 5 flowing through a coil 3 of the transformer unit 4 is increased. By this method, it is possible to surely increase the volume of the insulating gas 5 flowing through the coil 3 when the circulating volume of the insulating gas 5 is increased by installing a cooler 6 at a higher position with a view to expanding the difference between the centers of heat; it is possible to enhance the cooling characteristic.
