PURPOSE:To form a cam face with high accuracy without seizure including a small curvature part by press-forming in a specific shape a blank after performing the phosphating on the blank face for the disk with cam face. CONSTITUTION:After executing a phosphating on a blank 3 surface the blank 3 is press-formed in a specific shape by a punch and die. The formed cam face 2 of the disk 1 is formed in a high dimensional accuracy including the part paving small curvature R of the face bottom and yet no seizure is caused, so the conventional noneffective cam face finishing does not need and a product can be made at low cost with high efficiency.
