PURPOSE:To carry out a calculation using a constant with a simple operation by setting previously the order of constants and operators. CONSTITUTION:A keyboard device 15 is provided together with a ROM 11 storing a control program, etc., a RAM 16 containing an arithmetic register, etc., and a CPU 10 which control each device. The RAM 16 includes a M register 163 storing constants, an S work memory part 164 storing operators, and a flag 165 showing whether the operators are set before or after the constants. Furthermore, a setting key 151 which sets the input constant and operator is added to the device 15 together with a confirmation key 152 which confirms the set constant and operator. Then an arithmetic task set previously at the RAM 16 is carried out after a prescribed input arithmetic task is carried out. Thus a calculation using a constant is carried out with a simple operation since the order can previously set for constants and operator.
