PURPOSE:To reduce the an amount of condensation heat dissipated into cooling water so as to improve thermal efficiency by simultaneously using water and fluid with smaller condensation heat than that of water as steam in a turbine. CONSTITUTION:Steam of water leaving a boiler is mixed with steam of fluid (second fluid) with small condensation heat leaving a pressurized hot-water boiler at the entry 11 of a turbine 1 and allowed to pass through the inside of the turbine. Fluid leaving the turbine 1 is liquefied in a condenser (steam condenser) 2 cooled by about 20 deg.C water, and pressurized by a condensing pump 3, being then introduced into a separator 4. Each fluid leaving the separator 4 is pressurized by each of feed-water pumps 6, 7 and heated by each of feed- water heaters 8, 9, being then introduced into a boiler, etc. Drain of steam used for heating in each of feed-water heaters 8, 9 is divided into water and second fluid by a heat insulated separator 5 and fed to the boiler, etc., respectively.
