<p>The invention relates to an electrical switch having stationary contact parts (2, 3) and at least one link contact part (4) which is held on a slide (6) that is guided in a housing (1), and which is preferably constructed as roller contacts. These roller contacts are guided in their movement direction by running grooves (7) and in a guide link (5) in the slide (6) in such a manner that, in the event of a movement of the slide (6) running at right angles to the contact pressure direction of the link contact part (4), the link contact part (5) lifts off the stationary contact parts (2, 3). In this case, the slide slides with a surface (8) on an inclined plane (9) which is opposite the spring load. The spring load is located at right angles to the movement direction of the slide (6).
