PURPOSE:To suppress the generation of noise by forming a no-load ball rolling circulation passage from the groove of a ball case and the flat surface at the center part of an inner case and smoothly rolling load balls. CONSTITUTION:A ball rolling groove 101 is formed onto the flange inner surface of an outer case 100, and a corresponding ball rolling groove is formed onto the flange outer surface of an inner case 200. As for a ball case 300, a no-load ball circulation groove 302 and a ball direction changing groove 303 are formed on the lower and upper side of a prtitioning wall 301 fitted with the lower and upper surfaces of the upper and lower flanges of the inner case 200, and a center partitioning wall 301 is formed integrally by using plastic material. Therefore, an endless circulation passage is formed through the incorporation into the outer case 100 through a ball 7 in a ball guide which is formed by closely jointing the flat part of the inner case 200 with the partitioning wall and the flat part of the ball case 300. |
