PURPOSE:To easily operate a multifunctional telephone set, by displaying only a required key on a plane display unit in which a touch input mechanism is equipped from a control part at each equipping stage, and performing an input operation by depressing a part displayed on a screen in the touch input mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The control part 1 outputs a picture to the plane display unit 11. and also, scans a touch input part 12. and detects a depressed position on the picture. And when a handset 18 is raised at an initial picture (a), and the control part 1 detects an offhook signal from a telephone set part 15, or selects an on hook dial, the picture is changed to the picture (b) of a dial key and a one touch dial selection key required for dial reception. At this time, when the dial key is depressed or a one touch dial is selected, a signal is sent from the control part 13 to the telephone set part 15, then, a dial number is issued. And when outgoing is completed, the picture is changed to a picture (c) on which an operation required for a call and a key required for the interruption of the on-hook dial are displayed. When the call is completed, and the handset 16 is returned, the control part 13 detects the on-hook, then, the picture is returned to the initial picture (a).
