PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a variation in key density or fogging, etc. by controlling the time of preliminary rotation for giving in advance fatigue to a photosensitive body by a downtime from the end of previous copying operation and a present photosensitive body temperature. CONSTITUTION:Preliminary rotation gives a prescribed voltage to an electrifying pole 9, a transfer pole 13, and a separating pole 14, and also, turns on exposure by a light source 3, exposure by a pre-electrification exposing device 19, and an exposure by a pre-transfer exposing device 22, and brings a photosensitive drum 8 to no-load rotation. Subsequently, by temperature information sent from a temperature sensor 20 and downtime information sent from a timer 23 for measuring the downtime, the number of times (time) of preliminary rotation is controlled in a control part 24. In such a way, appropriate fatigue can be given, and a copy image having correct density and having no fogging can be obtained. |
