PURPOSE:To obtain the titled food without cracking or loosening, by connecting noodle fiber aggregate-like pieces of boiled fish paste having crab flavor by a specific method to provide a sheetlike material, rolling a separately prepared cylindrical boiled fish paste containing vegetables in the above-mentioned sheetlike material, boiling or steaming the resultant roll. CONSTITUTION:Noodle fiber aggregate-like pieces of boiled fish paste, flavored with a crab and having cuts or finely cutting direction as the longitudinal direction are initially prepared by a conventional method. The resultant pieces are then arranged in a mold in the form of plane with a constant direction of cuts or finely cutting and a blend of ground fish meat with egg yolk is subsequently applied to the surface thereof to carry out demolding. On the other hand, ground fish meat is kneaded with vegetable, etc., and the obtained kneaded blend is boiled or steamed. The resultant cylindrical ingredient is then placed on top of the above-mentioned demolded boiled fish paste so as to give a direction perpendicular to the fine cutting direction and the whole is subsequently rolled on the cylindrical ingredient as a core. The obtained roll is then wrapped in a heat-resistant film and boiled or steamed. |
